Delivery Options

Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24®) £4.50
Order by 12pm and we will deliver your order within the next day. Please be aware that an extra day might be required for our carrier to make deliveries to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and remote parts of the UK such as the Highlands and Islands. 


International Delivery Minimum of £25 + Delivery Duty Tax
We will ship your order with DHL, FedEx or Royal Mail. Your order should be with you within 5-10 days for European, US, and Canadian deliveries. For other locations can take up to 15 days to arrive. Please be aware we do not use any cooling system when shipping unless during summer where we would use cool wool to isolate the chocolates from the heat.


Delivery Duty Tax may be applied before delivery for orders outside the UK and you may receive an email from courier asking for duties to be paid.

Delivery Instructions
At the time of ordering, you can also provide us with a contact telephone number and delivery instructions that may help us with your delivery. Typically, this could include leaving an order with a neighbour or perhaps in a safe place if you are not home.
 
Tracking Your Order

Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail)
When placing your order, you will have received an email confirmation from Les Truffes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a further email confirmation with a Royal Mail tracking link. Should you need to add delivery instructions or rearrange delivery, you can do so with Royal Mail via the tracking page. 


International Delivery
We use multiple tracked couriers for our international deliveries, including DHL and Royal Mail. When placing your order, you will have received an email confirmation from Les Truffes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a further email confirmation with a courier tracking link. Should you need to add delivery instructions or rearrange delivery, you can do so via the courier’s tracking page.
 
Adverse Weather Conditions
We will always make every effort to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, we are affected by factors that are beyond our control, such as bad weather. Should this happen, we will update inform clients of any delays we are experiencing via email or telephone.

 

Perishable Items
Please consider carefully when requesting deliveries in warm weather (over 20C) as we cannot accept responsibility for heat damage after dispatch.

 

REFUND POLICY
When you shop online you have the right to cancel your purchase for a full refund until 14 days after it was delivered in the EU (Consumer Contacts Regulations) and up to 30 days in the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015) whereby you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to the seller.  Perishable goods are not covered by these cooling-off periods, as they might not reasonably last as long as the stipulated 14-day or 30-day thresholds.


Requests for cancellations must be made before 11am on your Dispatch Date - see your Order Confirmation email and Order History for details.
Please make sure you are happy with your Basket before making payment and completing your order.  Please check your Order Confirmation email to review the details of the order that you have submitted.  Les Truffes cannot be held liable for acting in good faith on incorrect information received.
